When ordered they said 6 to 8 weeks installion happened after 16 weeks. They had to return an additional 3 times to get everything installed correctly. My representative was very non responsive sometimes having to reach out 2 and 3 times before contact back. Then I had to reach out two more times to receive the final bill so I can pay them. Then recently found out they haven’t released the lien on my house yet. I would advise purchasing from anyone one else...
Very helpful customer service. Had a problem with a storm door that was way frustrating. They went over and beyond. Thank you Pella.
