They can honor their scheduled services! We contacted Pella Tree Service in June to have a dead tree removed and trimming done on 2 other trees. They removed the dead tree and left a huge hole and mess in our front yard. We ordered a replacement tree and rather than planting it in the heat of summer they said they would rather wait until Sept. and they would do all the trimming at the time they planted the new tree so we said ok.
