-Uneven finish on manicure -Fake nail tips are crooked -Fake nail tips were way longer than requested -Nicked my cuticles on several fingers -Automatically applied a tip to my credit charge without asking -I didn’t witness anything sanitized and nail clippings left on the floor between clients.
I made a last-minute appointment. I was able to get in yesterday day at 2 o’clock. my daughter wanted her nails done for winter formal when I called. They priced me at $60 for blue tips with the gray lining around the nail. She said it could go up to as much as $80 if we did one simple coat on her toenails of silver when I left I got charged $107 in her nails look good at first view, but then you zoom in and realize they were done very poor
This was my 2nd time there and I think they do a great job. They have nice message chairs, and massage your lower legs and arms when you get a pedicure and manicure. They’re friendly there as well. I recommend Pella Nails.
Terrible would never recommend, unsanitary, no disinfecting and very poor qualify of product. This is one day after the manicure all is cracking and chipped
