A family member was recently at your hospital for some tests, and also to the emergency room for this condition and was told another test should be scheduled. She was sent home with medication for the pain and understood that that test would be scheduled right away. After numerous phone calls, it was scheduled for 2 weeks from now. I think you should be ashamed of yourselves for providing such poor patient care services. Pat Fairman, Bettendorf, IA
We had a great experience with the care all staff members gave our mother. They were kind and kept us updated on processes and procedures! The hospital is bright and clean. The patient rooms are very nice!
The ER nurses rock!!! They were very understanding and caring of my needs today!! Thank you to all nurses, Dr. Barnes, lab tech and xray tech for the awesome care I received today.
Were good on timing. Had great help too. Minus the big needle going n my hip. But hey I already feel a little better. Also love the medicine machine! Keep on making people feel good!
Every employee from the reception area to the surgeon were all very pleasant, helpful, concerned and caring. And they treat all people with respect. And the care and the knowledge is exceptional.
I was rather disappointed in the fact that I was on hold for over an hour to try and simply schedule an appointment to for my sick son. While on hold I called with my husband's cell to see if maybe there was an error in the switchboard and was told that sometimes it happens and to be patient. I ended up hanging up and going elsewhere. Why offer a Saturday clinic if you can't even call and set up an appointment. My dad is a current patient and I spent the night last night. Did I wander back into the 1950's? What kind hospital closes the cafeteria on Sunday. You're cooking food for patients so why not for family and friends? Your vending machines are outdated (cannot use anything larger than a $1 bill and no debit cards)? Was not a pleasurable experience.
