A family member was recently at your hospital for some tests, and also to the emergency room for this condition and was told another test should be scheduled. She was sent home with medication for the pain and understood that that test would be scheduled right away. After numerous phone calls, it was scheduled for 2 weeks from now. The ER nurses rock!!! They were very understanding and caring of my needs today!! Thank you to all nurses, Dr. Barnes, lab tech and xray tech for the awesome care I received today.
My dad is a current patient and I spent the night last night. Did I wander back into the 1950's? What kind hospital closes the cafeteria on Sunday. You're cooking food for patients so why not for family and friends? Your vending machines are outdated (cannot use anything larger than a $1 bill and no debit cards)? Was not a pleasurable experience.
I had kidney stones blasted. An all over smooth process. Registration was easy, navigating the hospital was easy, the staff was all awesome. Made me feel relaxed, the surgery and recovery was great. Definitely the best hospital visit I've ever had!
I love this hospital. We were treated with the best respect ever and we're treated like actual people with an actual problem they took amazing take care of not just me but my boyfriend during our time there
The care was fantastic in every area, hospital was very clean, very impressed.
Always a great experience at the pella hospital. And dr banstra is the best!
