Dr Sean McMurray. This doctor is truly exceptional in the way he cares for his patients. Not only did he take the time to explain things to me . but he also listened to my concerns ad questions. His staff is equally amazing - friendly, helpful and kind. I am grateful to have found such a wonderful doctor and team.
My son was a pt of Dr. McMurray for an ingrown toenail. Staff is fantastic, polite, friendly and professional! Dr. McMurray was wonderful! Would highly recommend Dr. McMurray at the Pella Foot and Ankle Clinic!
I arrived at my appointment 5 minutes late the receptionist hadn’t arrived yet took them 10 min to set up. Then finally got into the doctor for him to tell me there wasn’t anything he can do. Had X-rays that day we are now at 1 week and still haven’t heard from them. Went to call today and no one answered at 3:10pm only for a message saying their mailbox was full. I won’t be returning and will be canceling my next appointment.
I called to cancel an appointment today, Tuesday, August 10, 2021, at 8:20 a.m. at the Pella Foot and Ankle Clinic. The receptionist was honestly the rudest, most unfriendly person. She acted like she hated her job. I'm glad I cancelled, even if the doctors are great, dealing with someone like that when scheduling appointments is incredibly unpleasant. I write this to let the doctors know about this incident, so they are aware of her demeanor.
