RecommendedPella is an awesome place to rent from. They have awesome places, are very honest (number one reason I went with them), the maintenance gets down usually within 24 hours, they don't charge an arm and a leg, and a really casual atmosphere. I've rented with them for two years and its sad to leave the place but I would highly highly recommend them. As a college Tennant, I don't know what else we could ask for. It is a bittersweet day for us at Pella Company as we are moving our office from the beautiful building we’ve been in for 45 years! Please make note that we will be closing at 3:00PM today and opening tomorrow at 8:30AM in our new location at 1816 North High Street. It's been a good run on 15th Ave!
