Hi, I was referred to work at this agency and I went to apply however I was not assisted there was a women that just looked at me an turned away. When I approached an older white woman and spoke to her in Russian she never helped me and gave me an attitude and continued to be on her phone. As and old patient . I left this agency because I was treated so poorly and specially my coordinator she was disrespectful was so rude couldnt help my needs or questions. I am a very sick person and all I needed was answers to my questions. When I walk in to the Queens location my coordinator was talking and I had to wait for her to fnish her onversation in order to be help. 2026. Unprofessional staff, careless coordinator, specifically Penelope, never responds to her voicemail messages. This behavior is supported, by their supervisors , who also failed to return calls, they do not care about your loved ones, don't bother calling or leaving messages, just change agencies, because your loved ones depend on good caring services. Stay away from this heartless business.
Worked (hha)for pella care Brooklyn office for years, minimum pay NO overtime, or vacation payments.They treated us like a garbage, when the coordinator was not in the mood she could scream at home health aides. Said good bye in 2015 and never looked back, worst employer ever.
