Our unit stopped working during a week with a heat index in triple digits. I contacted Jakob who helped me thru the process to get a technician to check the problem. Thankfully there was nothing major wrong and we were cool again in no time. Jakob and Mark were both professional and explained every detail so I had a complete understanding of what was being done. Will definitely use Pell City Heating and Air again.
Many thanks to Jakob, Tripp, Carlos and Mark for the great service. Mark came out the same day our AC went out. We already knew a 25 year old system wasn’t going to live. They ordered our new system on Wednesday and installed it on Friday. They were all very friendly, professional, and helpful. Not only is PC Heating & Cooling a good local company, but they support our community as well, which says a lot about them.
This is a delayed review, but we were so appreciative of Mark coming out on short notice. We were having issues not getting cool air and he came out fixed a minor issue plus checked everything over while he was here. We definitely plan to use them again soon for some additional work that Mark mentioned they could do for us. Don’t hesitate to give them a call!
Pell City Heating and Cooling is one of the most honest and trustworthy HVAC contractors I have ever dealt with. Super knowledgeable and thorough. They offer financing and just make doing business with them easy. Can’t recommend them enough.
