I appreciate Pell City Heating and Cooling for my new install in August 2025. Jacob, Tripp, Ricky and the crew did a great job and were right on time.
I have used Pell City Heating & Cooling for over 30 years. My first home they installed an upstairs and downstairs units. My parents also used them to work on the system in their home from previous owner. Great service, on time, very professional. On March 12, 2025,James Smith serviced my heating and air conditioning units in Talladega, Alabama.He called to let me know when he would arrive and he promptly arrived at the designated time.James was very conscientious and diligent in the manner he checked my systems.He was respectful and very knowledgeable and completed all work in a timely manner.James is a very competent technician.
