If I could give ZERO stars I would. I have used this company for 15 years but they have lost my business. Our heat stopped working and we were told that our auxiliary heater needed to be replaced. We had them replace it and still had no heat so we called them to come back only to be told that it was a bad TXV. Mind you we had already paid right at $1200 between the original service call and the repair and had to pay an additional service call fee of $90 to have them come back out. Technician was professional, they came the same day I called, were honest when the issue turned out to be a non-issue and their prices were fair and reasonable. My neighbor recommended and I plan to continue to use them to service my mini-splits.
Execellent customer service! My gas furnace quit in 30 degree weather. Jamie came out same-day, immediately identified the problem, had the part I needed with him, replaced it, and my furnace was back up and running in less than half an hour for an extremely reasonable price. Jamie was the epitome of smiling professionalism, and this is my go-to HVAC company from now on. Highly recommend.
