Great job by all at Pell City heating cooling Mark,Trip,JD and Carlos ,installed in about half a day entire unit inside and outside.They were very quick from the beginning estimate to the installation and everyone was professional and friendly.
HVAC Technician, Joe Gurley, serviced my units on August 19, 2026. He called in advance to notify me when he would arrive.Joe arrived on time and went about inspecting my heating and air conditioning units.He was patient with all my questions and answered all.He was courteous and acted in a professional manner.I am very satisfied with the service I receive from Pell City Heating and Cooling.
Ricky, Carlos, Trip and Dalton among a few others did a great job on our new Trane HVAC system. Our 28 year old system went down THE DAY BEFORE a graduation party was to be held at our house. We needed a new unit fast! PC Heating and Cooling sent out 5 trucks and 7 guys the next day and totally removed the old system and replaced it with a new one in about 4 hours!! Ricky and Carlos were very polite and professional as they were installing my new Heat Pump system. They made sure everything was working correctly before they left. They also cleared the work area and explained what they did and the Heat Pump system. I was very pleased.
A tree took out both of our air-conditioning units during a storm. Pell City Heating and Cooling Came out that very day and evaluated the situation. They had two new air, conditioners and air handlers installed by 2 PM the very next day. We were literally without air-conditioning for less than a day! Every guy was courteous and helpful. I did an excellent job! I can’t thank them enough.
