Called and scheduled for transport to a dr appt over a week away. Had still not heard about confirmation of said transport. Called this A.M. to ask about. My appt is on a Wednesday, and I was told I would be informed yes/no by Monday. Unacceptable, as I would need to have son take and he needs as much time to inform his supervisor to take off! Drivers are great. However, Pelivan needs to hire more people to answer their phones.
I CAN BARELY GET THEM TO ANSWER THE PHONE..... THEN I AM WAITING FOREVER😤
