Last time I called I had some stupid girl giggling instead of answering any of my questions. Ended up not using y'all, can you guess why? Like???? Explain that.
I've had to deal with this poor excuse for 'helping the community' for over a year. It's ridiculous!! I've included a screenshot of information to contact the transport director.

Called and scheduled for transport to a dr appt over a week away. Had still not heard about confirmation of said transport. Called this A.M. to ask about. My appt is on a Wednesday, and I was told I would be informed yes/no by Monday. Unacceptable, as I would need to have son take and he needs as much time to inform his supervisor to take off!
