So sad we used to love coming here with our kids. Unfortunately since it reopened we have not received the same service or experience. From slow/bad service, to wrong flavors, forgotten gummies. We have given it multiple chances but I think we will have to try a new location moving forward.
I visited here today the girls there where polite with minimal interaction. The ice was good. Can't really say much it was straight to the point nothing else.
Great value and excellent customer service. They put a smile on my kid’s face.
Unique and great experience for the family. Both kids are lactose intolerant so pelicans snowballs is the perfect place where they are not left out. Lime is my favorite flavor.
