I ordered multiple snoballs with fairly simple customizations, and while the staff initially confirmed they had everything included, that unfortunately wasn’t the case. On several occasions, extras that we specifically paid for were missing when we received the order. Had a pelican shake, and snowvalls. It was great! They also have a drive thru!!!
