Pelican has a great variety of flavors, fun little games all over the dining room, and the young ladies behind the counter were super sweet. Prices are reasonable. The store is very clean. My family and I had a blast!

Ice cream was pretty good but the guy who took our order made us wait ten freaking minutes because he was in his phone and talking with two other people who received their order pretty quickly.
