I would rather use a razor blade to shave old ice from my freezer at home and make my own snow cones than ever go here again. It used to be a decent facility, but due to poor management it has shriveled up into subpar embarrassment. I have given this place multiple chances, and each time I am faced with a worse and worse experience. Beware. Do not go to Pelican’s SnoBalls.
This location has consistently let us down. Several times we have gone, waited in line for 15 min just for the place to close because they are short staffed. I wouldn’t be posting this if it didn’t occur multiple times.
