Today I took the two girls that I take care of her. Our snowballs were delicious. The music was not however. We ate at the picnic tables. When I went to the window to ask for it to be turned off. It was. Immediately. Very thankful for that.
We love the snoballs and visit on a regular basis. We brought a couple of the girls out yesterday after playing softball and my daughter asked to use the restroom and was told no because it was out of order. When a few minutes before I was let into the restroom by a different employee than who had told her this. I immediately went to the window and the employee that had told her this told me that customers weren't allowed to use restrooms and I shouldn't have been allowed to use either. Hey Amy. I apologize that this happened. I was probably that person that told them to let you in, then I was gone for an event. I will settle this this afternoon with the staff. They have been told to let people in like they did you. The problem is that we only had 2 keys to the restroom, and customers took both home with them. So I have been trying to find the extra key I had made in order to make more, and I am trying all keys I can find. However it is apparent I have to get the lock replaced so we can get back to normalcy... read more
