The best snowball
Pelican snowballs is a family favorite! We did have one rough incident (one out of many, many great ones), but the management was VERY quick to respond and rectify the situation. Customer service at its finest. They really do care about their customers (and have delicious snowballs!)
Best place ever!!! The people, workers, and owners are great! I highly recommend this establishment.
