Brought family member to Pelican Urgent care a few weeks ago. We were fussed at by the nurse that we should have gone to our PCP and not them because they were short staffed and could not do labs for my family member. I have gone to them a couple times but I won’t any more.
Easy access awesome staff
The receptionist was extremely friendly, and Monica was excellent—so patient and kind with me. Dr. Steven was wonderful and fixed the cut on my finger perfectly. The facility is clean, fresh, and very welcoming. Overall, a 5-star experience!
