The staff was awesome….from the greeting from Ms Trena, the Mrs. Monica being so polite and efficient…to the quick moving assessment by Ms. Lisa. We were in and out in under 30 minutes! Thank you ladies for making our experience great as always!
I cannot say enough good things about Pelican Urgent Care , West End. I was feeling absolutely miserable when I walked in, and from the moment I arrived, the entire experience was outstanding. The staff was kind, professional, and incredibly efficient. I was seen much faster than I expected, which meant so much because I truly was not feeling well. It was a great and smooth visit . Front Desk Trena was great , MA/tech Monica was awesome , Provider Lisa was also great . They all listens to my concerns and took care of me . I was in and out
The entire staff was outstanding. Trena greeted us with a smile as soon as we walked in the door. The nurse, Monica, helped calm my daughter’s nerves. Lisa, the NP, was so sweet also. I would highly recommend this urgent care.
