I would not recommend this place. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour and half to be seen by a Doctor for an ear infection. The doctor states that the prescription was sent in to Walgreens but 4 hours later Walgreens has not received the prescription even after multiple call to the office. Not one person offered to resend the prescription in. This place is a joke.
It took way to long for them to do their job by reviewing my medical records so I could start working, they were extremely rude when I went to check to see if the doctor had reviewed my records. If you dont have to go to this place, I highly recommend you go somewhere else.
Before I start this I’ve had a lot of good experiences over here and had some amazing staff that did everything they could to help with my needs. But I went today because I been having bad bad shoulder pain to where anytime I move my arm it was painful and shooting up my neck and getting worse. Well went today and the main doctor I had was no help what so ever. The Pelican State Outpatient Center experience was especially poor. There was no doctor available to sign off on my paperwork for my pre employment for TransOcean the day I was there and also the last week to sign off on these documents to move through the process and instead of accepting the neurologist’s report I waited a month for, they raised unrelated questions about a medication they had already known about for weeks that had nothing to even do with my back!
