This location was very good last spring / summer but this visit today was lacking in two major areas: 1. I was ordering and the girl walked away as she was taking my order right after she asked me what I wanted so not great customer service. And 2. The snow cone barely had any flavoring on it what so ever it was about 75-80% all ice and the rest a little flavoring so disappointing. Please start actually giving people what they pay for and that is lacking so for this reason I will be going to the other location in south ashev... read more
They have great snowballs, but can't get their soft serve ice cream machine fixed. I have been here 4-5 times in the past month or so with my grandkids and they haven't had soft serve ice cream. No excuse for this.
