Management company changes every 6 months. Currently operated by the worst management company out of all. Horrible Peak Properties. Manager is an inexperienced young kid. Air conditioner has been down for 6 days and counting. Entire complex is run by a single chiller unit. Apartments are MOLDY. Managements fix for the problem is paint over the mold. Complex is a ROACH infestation. Management just ignore it. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
Poorly maintained old apartment complex ran by the worst management group currently. No owner wants anything to do with this complex. Owners change every 6 months. Currently owned by the worst management company of all, Peak Property Management. Single Air conditioning unit for hundreds of apartments. Everyone shares the same Air conditioning unit. We have been 3 days without AC and until the third day you’re saying the technician is coming Sorry, but that’s not acceptable, and I received this text today, it’s a joke ?? The AC hasn’t been repaired yet.. Hello Mario A Guzman, the chiller has been repaired, and temperatures in your unit should gradually start to get cooler. Thank you for your patience.
Bad communication from my experience. Ac out regularly. Had to buy a window unit months ago. It kind of helps and no electric bill is nice.
