I moved here last month. I feel great that Brandy, who is in management , is the best.. She will listen to whatever I need for service and she helps fast solve the problem not like waiting to postpone. Also she was good at communicating with me to make sure I didn't miss anything. I recommend you try to move here and feel special. you can trust Bandy not like old management before. I saw the post low rate that was past for old management. Management has been absolutely amazing to me. Brandy M. has really taken her time to get to know me and anytime I have a problem with my apartment or anything in Regards to the property, she addresses the issue promptly and She will go out of her way to accommodate you as long as you keep your communication very open with her. I’ve been here five years and I’m about to sign my six year lease and I must say we couldn’t ask for a better property manager. She is the best!

I was a resident for about 7 years. Things went downhill fast. My experience includes the following: 1. Allowing residents to terrorize residents by allowing fierce dogs to bark at residents using the pool. 2. Allowing some resident to play loud music at all hours of the day and night 3. These incidents were reported to local law enforcement They came out, but nothing was done. When I moved out, Pelican Reef Apartments reported false information to the credit bureaus.
