If you have no hot water on Friday after work expect to have no hot water until Monday. Then today (next day after not having hot water all weekend ) there’s no water coming out the pipes at all!!! I don’t feel like my emergency is of any importance here and I’m currently looking for a new place!
Pelican Realty of Louisiana has managed my rental properties for over two years now, and they’ve made everything completely stress-free. Their team handles tenant screening, routine maintenance, and rent collection with true professionalism. Communication is always prompt, clear, and transparent. I highly recommend them to any property owner looking for a reliable manager!
