I rented 3121 Johnston St #125 for a year and recently moved out only due to decided to purchase a home. Vernie was the property manager for the last quarter of my rental lease due to taking over my previous manager's (who I LOVEDDDD). She was great whenever I was renting the unit, to an extent. She answered my questions quickly usually when I was having issues in my unit.
