Our property manager is Julia Neph. We have only recently contracted with Pelican Property Management. All the staff we have interacted with have been helpful and professional. Most of our interaction is with Julia She goes above and beyond in answering questions of board members and owners. Her responses on email are well thought out and documented. I requested a name change on my homeowners' association bill since I bought my father's house a year and a half ago. I emailed them 6 months ago and sent them my recorded deed as requested for proof. I followed up with two more emails and 5 calls, and still no action. I am concerned if this is too much for them. What would happen if I really needed their attention? I'm pretty shocked by how they do business. I'm not impressed at all!
As a resident of Oyster Cove in Kent Island, I am very pleased with the current property management group, Pelican Property Management. In particular the new onsite Community manager, Julia Neph who is a pleasure, as well as professional and very responsive. As an example , I mentioned an issue with our building elevator and before I could place a work order , Julia had already done it! So wonderful! Thank you Julia!
My review is about Ms. Julie Ann Neph. Julie was my manager at Winthrop House Condominiums. I was referred by a long term front desk staffer and we clicked right at the beginning! I was seeking a part time position at the desk and at the door and I got the job! Julie had a great organizational plan that worked with all staff in her efforts to run a smooth operation! If zero stars was an option, even that would be too many for this property management company. My family bought a condo in a development where the HOA Board hired Pelican as the property manager, with Lea Ann Jones as the on-site representative. Over the past two years, we have had a horrifying experience with Lea Ann, and by extension Pelican management.
