Go for the top dog We chose ths business on the rec. of 2 friends who had bought a place. The person we used has now left for a major national chain (to get more money maybe?). Bottom line, we got a place. Not entirely filled with joy from the experience (who is?) I'd rather use this local company than the national chains any day. I'd use them again when we move, but I'd try to get the most experienced person, not the newest...
