They want you to blindly apply to homes. Cannot complete a personal walk through before they want you to throw money into their fees. I went by one of their rentals posted on zillow and it had broken windows?! Sharon has been a pleasure to work with. She is always quick to respond to our needs and was instrumental in finding good tenants to rent our home. We are pleased with her services and definitely feel we made a great decision in using her company! We will certainly continue to use her when renting properties in the future!
