I have had absolutely the best experience with Pelican customer service! If their product wasn’t just as amazing, I would say the team there could carry the weight of an inferior product with their customer service alone, but I’m beyond pleased with the product as well. I have a Pelican 9460 mobile lighting system that I wasn’t sure what was wrong with it. I just reached out and spoke with Dawna Morejon and within a week, they sent me a shipping label, received the unit, made all repairs and I got it back like new! No hassle... read more
Cons & Pros 18oz Pelican Ridge travel mug in hunter green. CONS: too large for my 2023 truck cupholder- almost fits but sadly no. Not wide enough for me to clean properly- can’t get my hand in to scrub the coffee stains. Bottle brush doesn’t cut it. Unfortunately the engraving/personalization was not great- outline of Texas missing the west side border- looks cheap. PROS: love the color Hunter green, glad I can remove the silicone bottom & decent price on sale. Also has an easy to clean gasket. Love Pelican Brand -in general... read more
