I lost my 8 Quart Personal Lunch Box Cooler Ice Pack and Pelican customer service was unable and unwilling to replace the ice pack. They only sell the custom ice pack with the cooler. Lazy

Pretty disappointed in what used to be a good company. I bought this phone case 6 months ago and have never dropped my phone. The case cracked on the seam of the case which is clearly a manufacturer defect. I get they want proof of purchase but who keeps a fricken receipt for 6 months anymore. I offered to send a copy of my bank statement and they wouldn’t work with me. I’ve had great luck with pelican over the years but this one irritates me and I will no longer support their brand.
