I called Pelican Pool Tuesday morning about my pool pump needing service. Louis was at my house shortly after noon to diagnose the issue. It was determined that a replacement was needed. I received a quote and accepted it that afternoon. Louis was back early the next morning to install the new pump. He was such a gentleman and explained everything very well. He is a pleasure to work with and I will continue to use Pelican Pools for any future needs.
Pelican Pools does a great job on our weekly service and particularly our tech Coleman Metz, who is very thorough.
I wanted to update our experience with Pelican Pool Service and their spectacular team of professionals. We have been through a few hurricanes here in Southwest Florida and some other inclement weather. The staff is attentive to our needs and is always ready to help. Very impressed with the professionalism and quality of this company’s work. Louis provided an itemized quote, explained options available and the pros and cons of the materials. The office is very helpful and will return your call. Louis cleaned up his work area when the job was completed and made sure we were satisfied with the results.
Technician was not performing the services that were listed on the service reports. I actually watched as the tech spent 5 minutes checking chemicals and scrubbing tiles, then left. We have security cameras on our property. I went back through and checked our cameras and the tech only ever vacuumed our pool once in the 3 months he was assigned to our pool.
