Amanda is amazing! I love to sit out with her while she cleans my pool. She is so positive about things and really wants to make her customers happy. I always get a bit of a lift when she leaves!
All of the pool techs assigned to us have been great. Nick is our current tech and we found him to be personable, conscientious and thorough. As snowbirds, we need to be able to trust that the pool will be maintained in our absence.
We just had Pelican totally update our 22yr old antiquated pool/spa setup while configuring in our new heater. This company went above and beyond to make sure it all functions with the touch of our phones. Louis T. is the perfect guy to coordinate this setup. Louis is always available for us and all our questions. So accommodating and knowledgeable. We're glad we called this company!! Reasonably priced too.
Terrible service. They failed to install parts they told me they were going to and also change prices after I was quoted work. They continued to drop the ball every step of the way. Once I fired them, I received other quotes for the same work and it was MUCH cheaper. I felt i was being completely taken advantage of.
