Nick has been caring for my pool for a while now, and he's SUPER! He's very knowledgeable and thorough!
Last week we decided to have our pool cleaned to remove all the stains that had been accumulating for years. Louis, from Pelican Pools, came out and started the week long process. I have used Pelican Pool during the summer months for years. They send me pool water test results and photo promptly every week. My neighbor who checks on my home while I'm gone confirms that they do an EXCELLENT job. I've tried a few others before and I found none to perform the service I was expecting. HIGHLY RECOMMEND PELICAN POOL.
I called Pelican Pool Tuesday morning about my pool pump needing service. Louis was at my house shortly after noon to diagnose the issue. It was determined that a replacement was needed. I received a quote and accepted it that afternoon. Louis was back early the next morning to install the new pump. He was such a gentleman and explained everything very well. He is a pleasure to work with and I will continue to use Pelican Pools for any future needs.
Pelican Pools does a great job on our weekly service and particularly our tech Coleman Metz, who is very thorough.
