We have the Family subscription for our cars, however the new guy who takes the payment and put tape on the vehicles has such a bad attitude problem. Throwing his arms up at people if he does not get to them in time to put the tape on. That is why people pay for the fast pass so they don’t have to wait in line the just drive up and go. My car looked great, and I had a free wash coupon😁
I stop at a car wash due to bugs being all over my car because of the causeway when I was told to basically wash my car first and scrub it than car wash it I’m almost 7 months pregnant and high risk. I came to car wash not to have to do it myself I spent $23 and the few bugs I was to tired to scrub off myself did not come off. As a Lyft driver I pretty much come here everyday! The staff here is really friendly and are ready to help anyway they can! Also the Fast tag really comes in handy! Saves me a lot of money! 😎
Person take in the card at the entrance of wash hand made a sign asking for tips, are you kidding me? You tape my windshield wiper down. Completely unprofessional place
