This property is poorly operated and managed. They dont have a problem collecting rent but they can't seem to fix anything going on at least 2 months without proper air conditioning.
Recommendedthis place is great! management walks daily to make sure things are good.
I would recommend these apartments to anyone. A great location close to shopping, grocery stores restaurants, downtown, and the beach. Two casinos if you're so inclined. The grounds are well kept, and management is very entuned to your needs if there would be a problem. A safe, quiet, and secure area to live. A great bang for your buck. A big shout out to Ms. Sindi, the on site manager, who could hold a class on this.
Big thanks to Ms Sindi Rogers for always taking care of my apartment problems promptly.. In 4 years i have never had one problem that she did not take care of as acting manager..
The Manager and maintenance dept try hard, but seem to be strapped by the owners. Pool is filthy and unusable all year. Constant plumbing problems. Raw sewage backing up in the toilet has overflowed, and now flooded our apartment. Every downstairs apartment is flooded. Third time in a month, and it's still not fixed. Third time in a month going to a hotel.
