The lady in the office is the main reason why I will not be renting here. She was not welcoming or friendly at all and I felt more like I was bother than a prospect because, I was interested in renting a unit. It is very unfortunate when the people working in the office ruin the potential of a property. The unit was decent, the price was very cost effective and the location was perfect for me. Absentee owners may need to be more present.

Raised rent and lowered standards....very poor management with nothing done to apartments in bad shape. Don't recommend!
