I faced discrimination from this hotel. They turned away my emotional support dog and I. Under Bill 281 that was signed in by the governor on May 16th, 2019 no place is allowed to turn an animal away that is certified to help with physical or psychiatric disabilities. The man that answers the phone was incredibly rude when I asked about bringing my service animal and continuously yelled at me that the owner allows no service animals. I'm sorry ma'am. We do accept all legitimate service animals however the ADA does not cover the vast majority of emotional support animals. The best place to stay in Cherry Grove. Walking distance to everything you could possibly need. This has become my favorite place to vacation at. Also the staff is was very friendly, 2 people in our party had birthdays and the staff sent cupcakes to them.
