RecommendedI've only lived here a few months, but everybody has been fantastic so far! Beautiful place and a lovely apartment for my kids and I. I only wish the pool stayed open later than 5!!! Sincerely wish this could change....

THIS IS WHERE I LIVE, NICE PEOPLE IN MANAGEMENT OFFICE
Probably the worst place you can live in Sebastian. With the management harassing you an the roach infatuation this community is a joke where they seem to think they can rule your life an inspect your home all the time just because you are forced to live in low income housing ..... so if you feel like having a fat maintenance man walk through your appartment once every 2 weeks when your not home (very shady) go ahead a move in.....
I have lived here for about a year now with my girlfriend and we live it here its a nice safe place for families to live the pools nice they are all amazing in the office and I couldn't ask for a better apartment complex to live in ken our maintenance man is always friendly I see him helping people all the time from in there apartments to helping change tires on there care his family are all a pleasure as well we love it here
