Pelican Hill Property manager is always nice and assisting! Other people living in the complex seem to just like staring at you, while maintenance is prompt and well the old building and infrastructure really isn’t pleasing nor is weak walls being able to hear neighbors yell, laugh etc. Definitely can do better with your money at different location and have a more consistent living
Terrific place to live Management is exceptional, work orders are always a priority. I love the location!!
