This company is incompetent from start to finish. We paid $9500 for carpet on July 6 which has still not been installed. The owners do a bait and switch, offering percent discount to get you to pay in full, then don’t apply the discount to the transaction and don’t do the work in a reasonable time frame. They estimated in writing it would be 2 weeks for carpet to arrive. When I paid they said they would order it and get an estimated arrival date to get it on the calendar for installation when it was expected to arrive. They ... read more
