This shop is extremely overpriced and the customer service is poor. I took in two items to be hemmed - nothing complicated, a dress and a pair of pants and was quoted $186. They told me would be ready in 5 days which is great since I needed the dress to be done for a wedding. I came there at the agreed upon date and there was a sign on the door that the shop is closed for the rest of the week. You would think for these prices they would give the customers a heads up. They did do a decent job though - hence the 3 stars.

I use to be very happy with this place and was bringing a lot of clothes for years but this place has changed. I feel like she has gotten so busy and she’s using other workers to help her, that are not giving quality work. I’m finding now that I have to go to someone else to fix her work. I just had her take in a dress that she fitted to my body but when she altered it….it was still big an actually looked bigger and uneven. I’ve wasted so much time!
