We completely enjoyed the food, and the service. Our server was spot on! The beer sampler was awesome, and reasonably price. I don't have to mention how amazing the beer is, but I will anyways. They have something for every flavor palette. Delicious!
I only gave the Pelican 2 stars. Don't get me wrong, the beer there is very good, that's not the problem. It's the food. It's unusually expensive and unusually mediocre. For example, if you pay $19 for fish and chips at the coast, you would expect it to be pretty good, right? Wrong. This was the quality of $8 fish and chips from a place like Skippers. The people I had dinner with that night got burgers, which were also expensive and unimpressive. In short, stop by for a good beer, but don't waste money on the food.
They were packed on memorial day; 2 hour wait, and my to go order was shorted...but good food, and normally very good service.

I was really disappointed this visit as their menu has taken an extreme price increase. Before their prices were a little high and the food was good, not great, good. But, with the view, I felt it was worth it. The prices, now, are high enough for me to consider not returning. I would like to be clear that the wait staff was awesome as always.
Clam chowder & House salad for lunch. It was very tasty. Our waitress was prompt and friendly. The view is spectacular. I would eat here again for sure.
