905. Gorgeous gulf view.Condo was nice and clean. Clean. Comfortable. 3 pools and 2 hot tubs. Staff very friendly. Grounds clean. 9 year old son had great first trip to ocean. Husband seemed happy. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided and set up in back or off to side not a problem. Cafe and tiki bar were fun.

We spent 2 wonderful weeks at Pelican Beach and loved every minute of visit. Room was fantastic with amazing ocean front views. Sunset and sunrise are stunning! Kitchen well stocked so meal planning and cooking is easy. Location is great and close to many wonderful restaurants. Yavuz, property manager is always available to assist with any questions. Highest compliment one can give is a rebook-we did 2 weeks next year. Enjoy!

We had a great time in Destin and very much enjoyed the Pelican Beach condo. Our check in was seamless and we were happy with the location and amenities offered. The views from the deck are spectacular. We would absolutely consider staying again next year!

Fantastic family vacation with my wife and two daughters (7 and 9). View was absolutely amazing, well-appointed unit and all of the resort amenities to enjoy! From the pool to the beach, we left all smiles and would 100% book again through them.

My stay at this resort was great. Manager was very communicative after making reservations, during stay, and checkout. I had no issues with the condo, wonderful view of the Gulf, full kitchen setup, WiFi, and other amenities that made for a comfortable stay.
