We rented Pelican Beach 810 for the oceanfront balcony overlooking the beach and were very happy with the view and the condo itself. The condo was clean and comfortable and had very nice furnishings that were well maintained. It also came furnished with almost new beach chairs, umbrella, etc. that were an added bonus. Although we enjoyed using them every day on the beach, the only downside was being required to set them up behind the rows of rented chairs. Otherwise, everything with our stay was excellent!

This is our third time staying with this company and they never disappoint. Our t.v in the main living room stopped working due to the back light just going out, I texted the owner explaining to him the situation and he responded within minutes and after talking to me for a couple minutes he literally had a new t.v delivered and installed within hours, it was awesome. They really did go out of their way to take care of us and they also text every couple nights just checking in making sure all was going good. A great experie... read more

Well organized and clean, this unit has terrific views of the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. Air conditioning was great . Shower worked well with plenty of hot water. Would come back….

Check in was breeze. Check in was at 4pm but got text at 2 saying room was ready so got to check in early. Room was amazing mine had ocean view. Everything was as described. Convent cafe and bar on first floor outside by pool. Cafe has limited hours as not run by property. Tiki bar is nice for drinks or daiquiris. Stay open till sunset. Private beach is nice

Place is very nice, clean room, plenty of the things you would need. Best part is the view !! We was right on ocean with the view just Beautiful!! Parking was not too bad, constant movement of people coming an leaving. Rent your umbrellas and chairs, our room has them but renters get up front seating but there is more than enough room. The area had flags as to where the perimeters are. You can tell it is a good place by the number of people staying here. This is our second time back and will definitely recommend
