100% Overall OUTSTANDING Condo ! The owner was absolutely FABULOUS to work with !! The condo was exceptionally clean and ready for us two hours earlier than expected. The view from Room 302 could not have been any better ! Parking was plentiful and close to the main entrance. We will definitely stay here again whenever we are in the Destin area !!

I do not want to give the specific unit 302 that we stayed in a bad review because we had a great experience in that room. However, as far as our stay over all…the main issue we had was the very strict and over board rules with the beach. I did read the rules from the beginning and were aware that we could not place umbrellas in front of the rental set ups. My family stayed in a one-bedroom unit. I will share my feedback which might help others in choosing where they want to stay for their vacation. The best thing about staying here was the immediate access to the beach, hands down. The property was overall clean (although it wasn't peak summertime with tons of people just yet) and the management was great with communicating all the necessary information before and during our stay. This was our first time to Destin. We made the right choice with Pelican Beech Resort. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The entire process from start to finish was made very easy for us, and they checked in on us throughout our stay to verify all was good. The Resort is located perfectly for easy shopping and dinning. I really enjoyed the stay. You need to open the door after entering 10 digits codes you will receive. I put private numbers before I opened it. So it didn't work. Yavuz was responsive to my call. You can use washer and dryer on the same floor using app or coins. Spacious kitchen and refrigerator. Nice ocean view. Fine sand and clear water on the beach.
