The resort itself is beautiful, with great amenities and a well-maintained property. We enjoyed many aspects of our stay, but unfortunately the beach setup was a major disappointment. The resort places all rental umbrellas and chairs closest to the water, forcing guests who bring their own umbrellas and chairs to set up behind the rental area. Our stay at Pelican Beach Resort in Destin was absolutely wonderful! The location is unbeatable, with direct beach access and breathtaking views of the Gulf right from our balcony. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything our family needed for a relaxing vacation. The resort amenities were excellent, including the pools, hot tubs, fitness center, and easy beach service. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! Our host was amazing! The facilities were wonderful, and the view of the beach, and sound of the waves is unforgettable. We enjoyed 5 weeks there in the winter of 2026. Yavuz, we will be back again soon!

Place is very nice, clean room, plenty of the things you would need. Best part is the view !! We was right on ocean with the view just Beautiful!! Parking was not too bad, constant movement of people coming an leaving. Rent your umbrellas and chairs, our room has them but renters get up front seating but there is more than enough room. The area had flags as to where the perimeters are. You can tell it is a good place by the number of people staying here. This is our second time back and will definitely recommend

Excellent service by the staff. The unit 910 we stayed in needs updates and there were lots of little things that can be improved like shelves to place all your personal belongings in the bathroom, providing more coffee pods or satchels, black out curtains, fixtures, more outlets, etc. the handle on the cabinet door for the TV was missing, so very difficult to open. One of the toilets didn’t work but was fixed quickly. Noise transfers easily, a kid above was bouncing a ball early and late in the day. The highlight was the vi... read more
