We had a wonderful experience at this resort. It’s conveniently close to the beach and plenty of family activities. The room was spotless and fully stocked when we arrived. The manager was very responsive and easy to communicate with whenever we needed assistance. I visit Destin every year, and this has been the best place I’ve stayed so far!”

We had a wonderful experience and will be returning in the future. We were in room 1715 was clean and furnished with all your beach necessities. We decided to stay two more night the room wasn’t available I contacted the owner and they made the transition to room 1018 very easy. This room wasn’t available also clean and furnished with all beach Accessories. The rooms have smart tv and cable. The view for the beach was good The air ,water pressure and hot water was good in both locations.

We stayed in Pelican Beach 302 and we LOVED it! It was so clean and well maintained. The kitchen was stocked more than my own kitchen...they've literally thought of everything you could possibly need. The provided beach chairs, umbrella, coolers were a blessing! 3 huge items we didnt have to bring from home. The location is perfect. The bed was SO comfortable. Which is always iffy when you go on vacation. The pillows, the bedding...perfect. My son loved his bunkbed! We will most definitely book 302 again!

Very nice condo! We stayed in 302. Spacious, very clean, full kitchen, and spectacular views. I would recommend having some sort of non-stick pan stray for cooking and maybe some salt and pepper. Loved the makeup wipes that were provided. Nice touch. Everything was nice and quiet at night. Clean hallways. Well managed facility. Elevators got really busy at peak times. This was our first time visiting Destin. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The room was really nice and clean. The people were very friendly and helpful. The view was outstanding. My wife and I had a great stay and have already talked about going back and take the kids next time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
