This is truly a wonderful gym. I love all the classes with excellent instructors. The instructors are so great with changing routine each week. Also, our son enjoys swim team!!!

Classes are so much fun and there's a great variety. Playland (daycare) is absolutely wonderful with my little one which really makes me happy, since that was a must. Best athletic club I've been to.
When your weight lifting trainer is sick for a week, but you lift more weight than before when she comes back, you know it is because you are doing water running and water aerobics at PAC. Joan and crew are treasures.
