I took over as president of an HOA with Pelican as the Management group. The invoices were not paid, our water was shut off, liens were not filed, judgements were not filed, they let our liability insurance lapse, they were not proactive collecting assessments, and last but not least, they ran our account into overdraft. Stay away
Went to my backyard without permission. Extremely unprofessional!
If your looking for a new property management company, please keep looking. No one answers the office phone or returns calls. I have been leaving messages for past two weeks and no one will return my calls. This is not what you want in a property management company.
