I give 2 stars because sometimes their response to listings is a little bizarre. However, from various accounts and from pictures, their apartments look great! I’ve been in the market for a 1 bedroom for going on a year now. During this time, I’ve responded to several Goldfarb listings in this building (1540 Pelham Parkway) or their other property on Williamsbridge and Pelham Parkway.
