I went to this place recently to get a unit and let me tell you.. the young lady up there was very helpful. I was so lost in what I needed to do and she explained everything. I left with more confidence and knowledge about moving! The lobby smelled amazing and the place is well kept up. I don't do many Storage units I'm more of the move-in one type of day kind of gal but this young lady, the cleanness, and the mindful words made me have a change of my! I will be back!
Better under previous owner/managment. Issues with being able to make payments, immediate increase when they took over, strange people doing maintenance on the doors, blocking entry and exits. Felt very unsafe. I pay extra for a small unit because it’s supposed to be climate controlled. Went by the other day and it was freezing inside. I do have temperature sensitive items in my unit. After hearing not so good things about new ownership, I have to say there's finally a manager at this location who does his job and cares about his customers and their belongings. Thank you Steven! You have been so nice to deal with, courteous, conscientious, and professional. This location has needed you! Kudos!
