Pelham Plumbing is the best plumbing company that I've ever worked with. They are reliable, professional and do high quality work. Their prices are reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking Pumbing services in NYC or Westchester.
I used to use them years ago and forgot why I stopped. I called again for a potential gas leak that the FDNY shut down in an apartment that I manage. They sent someone there, and offered no resolution. I called to follow up and they said, well sorry there is nothing we can do. Did not offer to isolate the line to see if there was a leak, did not offer to change the valve, literally offered zero help. I would avoid this company as they are just outdated and seem to have very little customer service.
