We were encouraged by the “ office manager” to add transition lenses, special glare protection, and other upgrades. We trusted their recommendations and ended up spending nearly $2,000 on the glasses. Zuleika was absolutely amazing! She helped teach me how to put in my contact lenses and showed so much patience throughout the entire process. She was extremely kind, helpful, and professional, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident before leaving. Her customer service was really above and beyond. It truly stood out and deserves to be recognized.
From the moment I walked into the office through completion of my eye exam by assigned Dr. Oleg Lisityn ( and except for needed follow up about pecription which appears not to be covered by my insurance; office staff working on all this and experience was 5 star today.
Accepted me as a walk-in at 4:00pm for an eye exam the same day. The waiting room was peaceful, comfortable and the staff seemed genuinely dynamic and connected as a solid team. They wanted me to ge the most of my insurance benefits. No stressful doctor stuff, in fact the doctor asked me comprehensive medical questions related to vision health.
