Accepted me as a walk-in at 4:00pm for an eye exam the same day. The waiting room was peaceful, comfortable and the staff seemed genuinely dynamic and connected as a solid team. They wanted me to ge the most of my insurance benefits. No stressful doctor stuff, in fact the doctor asked me comprehensive medical questions related to vision health. You don’t find this level of service and integrity anymore. People who are actually good at their jobs like Dr. Diana is rare for some reason these days . The knowledge, thoroughness , care, and even down to how Dr. Diana takes her time to explain something complicated in basic terms so you don’t just feel clueless about your eye’s health makes you feel like you’re in good hands . The staff is nice and professional but every time i come here it smells like a toddler dug in his own diaper and smeared his feces on the walls and the only way they cleaned it was with a regular paper towel. No proper sanitization. In short— it stinks here
I wish I can give them a negative 10000 stars. This office scams its patients and misdiagnosis them. They charged me $400 for each of my kids glasses then I got a mail From my insurance telling me that the lens and the frame was covered by my insurance. So what was the $400 charge for each kid???!!!!!!SCAMMERS. DONT TRUST THEM! I will report them to my insurance and have them investigated for insurance fraud. They charged me and my insurance for the glasses. Unbelievable
I want to say that this eye doctors office is the best I have ever seen and they are very professional.
