They are slow and didn't do anything for Ashley, allowed her to leave even though she was clearly incompactated and in a bad mental state She was taken her instead of greenville (prisma)

Was there for seven days on the third floor at least three of the nurses had bad attitudes and no care factor..My tech left me sitting in feces for a few hours..Needless to say I won't be back and the charge nurse i gave my concerns too apologized, but had minimal empathy..DISCHARGE INFORMATION WAS GIVEN IN 2 MINUTES..REQUESTED THE CASE WORKER ON MY CASE 4 TIMES..VERY SAD AND UNACCEPTABLE 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬I CALLED THE NUMBER YOU LEFT TWICE AND LEFT MESSAGES..STILL ... read more

Every person who interacted with me, volunteer or professional, provided me with exceptional care. Each person was present, clear, efficient and helpful. All seemed exceptionally qualified and well trained. I’m very impressed and grateful for the care I received.

Absolutely terrible ER experience. I waited 5 hours and was never even seen by a doctor. Meanwhile, multiple people who arrived after me were called back, treated, and literally left the hospital while I was still sitting there twiddling my thumbs. The worst part is that it wasn’t even particularly busy. There seemed to be absolutely no organization, urgency, or competent system for moving patients through.
