Rented a space for my parent’s household goods as they waited for their new home to be ready. After four weeks, we came back to loaded up and everything has been ruined by water damage. The manager of the facility said that they are not responsible as water is an act of God. Water came in from everywhere and there is no visible damage to the unit I’m sure they will do no repairs and rent it to the next people and also claim that it’s an act of God
