For good price shop at Cosco for quality and good customer service Pelham Bicycle Center.

This Store seems to beleive that you should be nice up to the moment that you register the cash from your customer.. Well, I have news for you.. You may make one sale but if that buyer is not happy HE WILL NEVER CAME BACK,,,,, Right Pedro??? Do you understand that concept. There is another concept that you (PEDRO) maybe unfamiliar with..... Thanks you for the people that acutally write review about their expiriences. I was looking for a bike for my daughter and had to go to this store and see for myself if what they say on the reviews are correct... AND damm, they are....I suggest looking for another store. I actually bought my daughter's bike in Yonkers at County bike on McLean Ave.... There you find a very friendly group of guys that help you before and after you purchase your bike. and not an arrogant sales man like Pedro.
I really dont know how to word my expirience with this store.... They were simple horrible, specially the guy with the latin accent. I went to their store to buy a halmet and I want to purchase the Giro "Ionos" and this Helmet sugested price from the manufacturer is $230 and normally the stores sell it for a bit less... Well NOT THIS ONE., and besides they did not even have a box that came with the helmet but I bought it because my son want it,,,, The next day I called them to find out if they had a excahnge policy or return... read more
