This is where residents of Pelham apartments are suppose to place their trash. Unfortunately, because of where we live and how fraudulent the complex is, they charge residents 25-50 dollars a bag. The way they find out who you are is they go into your actual trash bag to find a piece of anything with your information on it. To top it all off they will send you an eviction letter if not paid.
