Titus used to be the contact for warranty issues, he was responsive, friendly and had great customer service. The new guy is awful. Terrible customer service and tried gaslighting us on every issue we had. From the issues we had with closing to the experience we now have to deal with on our warranty I 100000% would find a different builder to buy from. The houses are less expensive, but at what cost?
