Because I spent over a year working at Pelco in their Quality department, I had the unfortunate experience of witnessing several other areas of their Operational "Best Practices". Honestly I would never return as employee and I would caution any company considering hiring Pelco to build their product. The president of the company is a disconnected barbarian with little interest in the products they sell, the people they employ, or the customers they profess to serve.
