It's really unprofessional for a doctor to cancel an appointment that the patient has been waiting months for I get a call today 4 days before my son's appointment saying they cancelled it knowing I've waited months NO I wasn't happy talking to the receptionist my son needs his ears checked he is 4 years old and barely talking because of his hearing issue how much longer dose he have to wait yes it's safe to say I'm not a very happy mama right now that call ruined my whole day we was looking forward to that appointment
Selene was the worst member in staff. She was trying to get my blood drawn and the 3 times she tried wasn't successful because she would move the needle inside when changing tubes. She didn't even care or say sorry, she was rude the entire interaction. Now there's also this policy that says that they can't take more than 3 attempts so I lost my time going there today. If you see Selene trying to get your blood drawn please run for your life.
